CEO & Founder

David Wang, a real estate broker licensed in Texas and Georgia, USA, graduated from Florida International University with a master's degree. He served as the Vice President of the Texas Real Estate Company and was the gold medal real estate agent in 2017 and 2018. Texas Real Estate Company was established in 1988 and is the oldest and largest Chinese real estate company in Houston. David is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) American International Registered Commercial Real Estate Investor, a member of the SIOR (Society Industrial and Office Realtor) Association, a member of the Asian American Chamber of Commerce, a director of the Houston Chapter of the National Asian Real Estate Association (2019), and a member of the American Real Estate Association Association Member, Houston Association of Realtors, and Greater Houston Cooperative Council.

In a career spanning more than 10 years, David has represented landlords and tenants in signing commercial and residential real estate contracts worth more than $430 million and developing new projects worth more than $100 million. His company currently manages approximately $200 million in assets, including a 420,000 sq ft Class A logistics warehouse, a 200,000 sq ft shopping mall and multiple investment residences. In 2021, 2022 and 2023, he led PropNex to achieve a transaction volume of more than $230 million, providing investors and business owners with generous profit returns. In 2017, he represented the Houston Investment and Trade Delegation in the United States and visited Shenzhen, Shanghai and Beijing in China. In 2019, PropNex won the U.S. Golden Eagle Award Top Brokerage and Property Management Company under his leadership.

Patrick is responsible for real property valuation, appeals, and negotiations, focusing heavily on hotels, shopping centers, warehouse, and business personal property.

Patrick studied at University of California, Riverside, where he received degrees in Chinese Language, and Business Administration. In addition, Patrick was awarded the Gilman Scholarship to spend an academic year at China’s prestigious Peking University. He is fluent in Mandarin, and uses the language professionally. Patrick is a member of the Asian Chamber of Commerce, and the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA).

Johnny started his career as a real estate agent in July 2016. He is a REALTOR® Institute (GRI) Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE)®, an Accredited Commercial Professional (ACP)™, and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®).

Johnny moved to Texas in 2006 from Shanghai, China. He graduated from the University of Houston with Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Minor in Mathematics.
